In 1936 Norman A. Siegal had a golden vision of a the future, a future that rode on two wheels. Siegel hired three emloyees and banked everything he had into building the Moto Scoot. Siegal would sign a deal with Mead Cycle Company to build badged Moto Scoots as the Mead Ranger Scooter. The Moto Scoot would become America's most popular motor scooter for the late 30's.
